Based on his extensive experience, Matthias will be speaking about companies – their main purpose, history, objectives and influence. He will be outlining the various external opportunities, threats, trends and issues linked with LOHAS, that have an impact on the way companies operate. These include topics such as work-life balance, sick building syndrome, resource efficiency, bottom of the pyramid theory etc. He would also be introducing the audience to the LOHASia vision of a company – the company of the future, a company that would be considered ideal by the future generation and try to gather from the audience, actions that can bring their company closer to that vision.
