Bobby Paterson is the founder and CEO of digital start up Happiest, and the architect behind its genesis and ongoing development. The happiest platform allows users to track their wellbeing and ‘happiness’ footprint, whilst at the same time providing brands and organisations real-time insights and sustainable co-creation opportunities with their customers.

Coming from the high performance environment of professional football and a graduate of the Liverpool John Moores University Science and Football Programme where he worked with the likes of Aston Villa, Everton, English Football Association and several other professional clubs and associations around the world. Bobby has extensive international experience in high performance sport and is intimately familiar with the link between the power of data, technology and human wellbeing.

During his time in professional football he developed psychological wellbeing techniques that enhanced both the performance and lifestyle of professional players, creating optimal environments to maintain a healthy perspective.

At the core of the Happiest platform is the concept of ‘happy’ habits taken from the professional sport programme which allows users the ability capture their feelings and thoughts about the experiences that occur in their day to day life and to track these over time.
